S H I P P I N G   P O L I C Y

We aim to post the items you've ordered within 24 hours of purchase Monday-Friday. Items purchased on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. 

 

We put our best efforts to make sure the information on the website is up to date, but if in the unlikely case of item being out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and full refund will be offered.

Standard (up to 2kgs) - 1-3 working days - £4.00

                  (2 - 4kgs)     - 1-3 working days - £8.00

                  (4 - 6kgs)     - 1-3 working days - £12.00

R E T U R N   P O L I C Y

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of you receiving the order for an exchange or refund. 

 

Please email us to inform that you want to return an item.

 

Please quote your name and invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. We will get back to you with full instructions.

 

Please note, all items must be in new, unused/unwashed condition with original tags attached. We advise you to either use the same packaging you order arrived in, or pack the item appropriately to make sure it won't be damaged during the transit. We also advise you to send the items recordered and keep proof of postage. This is your responsibility to make sure it is delivered safely to us. 

 

We will only refund the postage costs to you if the item we sent to you was faulty. In other cases, when the item is unwanted, it is your responsibility to pay for the return. We carefully check all our items before posting them to avoid such inconvenience. 

 

Once the item has been inspected and approved, we will credit your card used to make the original purchase. 

 

If you chose to exchange the item, we will notify you if the item is in stock and offer full refund if exchange is not possible.

If we receive such notice before shipping the item, we will process a full refund immediately. Please note usual cut-off time for shipping is 3pm (Monday to Friday). 

 

Once we process the refund, please allow 3 working days for the funds to be available on your account.
